Founder & Executive Director
Leon Kaushik
Leon founded Integral after witnessing the decline of silk heritage in his childhood villages of North East India. His vision of restoring dignified livelihoods through the Integral Model has transformed communities across the region. Leon personally oversees the 80/20 Framework, ensuring that 80% of all contributions go directly to field operations.

Priya Sharma
Priya brings over 15 years of experience in rural development and women's empowerment programs across India. She oversees all field operations, ensuring our programs create lasting impact in artisan communities. Her expertise in community-led development has been instrumental in scaling the Integral Model.
Head of Partnerships
Rajiv Borah
Rajiv leads our partnerships with brands, institutions, and government bodies. A native of Assam, he brings deep knowledge of the region's silk heritage and has built relationships with over 50 ethical fashion brands committed to fair trade practices.
Community Engagement Lead
Meera Devi
Meera is a master weaver who transitioned into community leadership. She coordinates our network of self-help groups and serves as the bridge between artisan communities and the foundation. Her firsthand experience ensures our programs remain grounded in the real needs of weavers.

Chairperson
Dr. Mehta is a renowned economist specializing in rural development. She has advised the World Bank and UNDP on sustainable livelihoods programs across South Asia.
